Do I need to book an additional power package?
That depends on your sponsor package and your coffee equipment. A standard power socket (240V, 10A) is included in all packages. Gold sponsors also receive an additional type 25, 400V, 16A connection. Make sure to order the required amperage. What matters is the maximum connected load of your equipment.

Will I receive a pallet box? Do I need to bring my own stand?
A pallet box (1.2 x 0.8 m) is included in the price of the Bronze sponsor packages. It is provided as standard and also serves as the exhibition space.
Silver, Gold, and Platinum sponsors bring their own stand. They have the option to book pallet boxes. Do you need help with stand construction? Our partner Aroma will be happy to help. Contact Alain from our Aroma team at aromateam@swisssca.ch. They already know the venue and the on-site conditions.

How about water?
Our official water partner will provide water stations. You bring your water containers for fresh and wastewater and collect your perfectly filtered water directly from the water station.

Will you provide milk?
Yes. If you book the additional milk service, you can obtain cow’s milk and plant-based milk alternatives from our official sponsors from a refrigerated room.

Background & History
The history of our festivals began in 2015, when we organized a small event called “Coffee Friday.” The growing interest from the local coffee community made it possible for us to expand our offering. In 2019, we were able to host the first three-day Swiss Coffee Festival in Oerlikon, which was a great success.
The annual festival also serves as a platform to showcase part of our mission: excellence in coffee through the national coffee championships in their various disciplines.
Coffee-related companies can support us in different ways through the sponsorship options available. The Swiss SCA Coffee Community would be delighted to receive your support. On this page, you will find more information, photos, and a video to experience the atmosphere in which we celebrate coffee.

About SCA Switzerland
SCA Switzerland is an association whose mission is to promote excellence in the coffee industry through education, innovation, research, and communication. Our services for the community include promoting SCA education programs, advancing coffee excellence through coffee competitions, and increasing the visibility of sponsors and supporters in the region through the annual Coffee Festival.
Together with a team of volunteers, the board members organize the Swiss Coffee Festival entirely on a voluntary basis.
